Libertas Boys Edge Lenox

LENOX, Mass. -- The Libertas Charter boys basketball team defeated Lenox, 55-51 on Monday night.

 

Millionaires coach Len Miller said that the visitors took advantage of 24 Lenox turnovers, most in the second half, turning many of those miscues into baskets at the other end.

 

Duke Jaehnig had a double-double for Lenox with 11 points and 13 rebounds, helping the hosts build a 37-23 edge on the boards.

 

Nico Leslie led Lenox with 19 points and nine boards.

 

Lenox (3-12) hosts Smith Vocational on Tuesday.
