McCarthy, Wahconah Girls Down Taconic

DALTON, Mass. – Madison McCarthy scored 18 points Thursday to lead the Wahconah girls basketball team to a 54-17 win over Taconic.

 

Anna Doyle scored 13 for Wahconah, which held Taconic to just seven points through three quarters.

 

Kiannah Josephs scored eight points to lead Taconic.

 

The Thunder (3-13) hosts Franklin Tech on Tuesday.

 

Wahconah (13-3) goes to Northampton on Monday.
