Hoosac Valley Gets Narrow Win over Lee

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Genevieve Lagess scored 15 points Tuesday to lead the Hoosac Valley girls basketball team to a 54-50 win over Lee.

 

Reagan Shea scored 12, and Isabella Klose added 10 for the Hurricanes, who snapped Lee’s four-game win streak and snapped a five-game skid of their own.

 

Lee was led by Giana Carlino and Mika Diller with 15 and 12 points, respectively.

 

The Wildcats (8-3) host Lenox on Thursday as part of a boys-girls double-header. 

 

Hoosac Valley (4-8) is at Mount Anthony in Bennington, Vt., on Thursday.
