Wildcats Edge Hoosac Valley

LEE, Mass. – Giana Carlino and Ella Simone each scored 16 points Wednesday to lead the Lee girls basketball team to a 55-50 win over Hoosac Valley.

 

Simone hit three 3-pointers and scored 12 points in the third quarter, when the Wildcats outscored the Hurricanes, 20-14, to take a 41-36 lead into the fourth quarter.

 

Mika Diller scored 10 points in the win.

 

Reagan Shea scored 16 points to lead Hoosac Valley, which got 13 points from Izabela Tart and 11 from Genevieve Lagess.

 

Hoosac Valley (5-12) finishes the regular season on Thursday against Lenox.

 

Lee (14-3) hosts Monson on Friday.
