Wigington Sets Wahconah School Record in Road Road Win

GRANBY, Mass. – Grace Wigington broke Wahconah’s school record with 39 points on Tuesday to lead her team to an 80-19 win over Granby.

 

Wigington hit nine 3-pointers, including four in the second quarter alone. She had 24 points at half-time.

 

Olivia Gamberoni had a big night with 23 as Wahconah (8-1) won its eighth straight.

 

Meghan Vaughn held the previous Wahconah record with 38 points.

 

Wahconah Friday takes on Springfield International Charter at the HoopHall Classic at Springfield College.
