NORTHAMPTON, Mass. — A dominant fourth quarter performance rallied Pittsfield to a 53-44 upset win over Northampton in the Jill E. Harrington Hanazlik Basketball Classic at Northampton High School.

The Generals erased a nine-point lead during a 19-1 fourth-quarter run to finish the game and steal the win.

Saige Conyers finished with a game-high 14 points and Jill Ritrosky (10 points, 18 rebounds) added a double-double to lead Pittsfield to its third-straight win.

The Generals were the only Berkshire County team to play in the Jill E. Harrington Hanzalik Basketball Classic, in its second year. The all-day event, started by former NBA player Adam Harrington whose sister died during child birth, raises money for the Jill E. Harrington Hanzalik Memorial Fund in aid of children. In addition to four high school games during the afternoon, there were also basketball clinics for grades 4-8 on Saturday morning.
