LEE, Mass. — Pittsfield nearly handed Lee its first loss of the season, before falling 60-56 on the road.

A five-point halftime lead evaporated in the third quarter and the Wildcats (10-0, 3-0 North Division) outscored the Generals (5-3, 2-1) 16-12 to pull away with the victory and retain the division lead.

Pittsfield, entering the game tied with Lee in the North Division, had its four-game winning streak snapped, which included an upset win over Northampton and a convincing win over Wahconah in its previous outing.

Dominique Satrape had 10 points for the Generals, while Jill Ritrosky finished with a season-low nine points to go with 11 rebounds.

Stephanie Young had a game-high 23 points and Camryn Biasin had 14 points to pace the Lee offense.

Pittsfield plays at Drury on Monday at 7:30pm.
