Philomene and Ric Belair opened Miss Adams Diner on February 15, 2010. It is important to them that their customers feel at home, not only with the meals, but also with the warm atmosphere. Miss Adams Diner has been featured in The Boston Globe and Berkshire Magazine! Philomene and Ric have set up a scholarship fund in honor of Ric's mother, Beryl Belair, for students who would like to enter the field of culinary arts at local schools.
