Bass Water Grill: Buttermilk Blasted Wings

Buttermilk Blasted Wings

Ed Bassi, Bass Water Grill's executive chef, trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He and his wife and restaurant owner, Roberta Gregory, run this family business with help from daughter Jordan who buses and helps out in the kitchen.
Bassi's years of experience are reflected in the menu, starting with mouth-watering appetizers like a hearty grilled polenta topped with savory mushrooms and/or marinara sauce and garnished with Parmesan cheese. Also, don't miss the Wild Wings--they are broasted to stay juicy and crispy!

The dining room is spacious, with seating for 65 and featuring local artists' work. It also offers six booths with a small flat-screen TVs.
