Information obtained by Police from a Pittsfield woman last week has the Berkshire County District Attorney's office looking into whether the death of 18-year-old Jesse Brazee in Onota Lake in July was accidental or a case of murder. Saturday, a Berkshire Eagle stated that Tammy Armstrong filed a complaint in Central Berkshire District Court claiming that 20-year-old Eric Daniels has continually threatened to kill her if she tells anyone what she knows about the death of 18-year-old Jesse M. Brazee on July 4. Daniels was arraigned in Central Berkshire District Court on Thursday afternoon on one count of threatening to commit murder. He was released on his own personal recognizance. Brazee was last seen around 7 p.m. on July 4 at Onota Lake. His body was found in the lake by two kayakers early on the morning of July 5. After three weeks of investigation, the Berkshire County District Attorney's office ruled his death an accident. This report was compiled by WUHN/WUPE Radio, Pittsfield
