Renaissance Investment Group Moves To New Office

LENOX, Mass. — Renaissance Investment Group, LLC is joining the business community in downtown Lenox with a new office at 45 Walker Street. 
 
The group will be leaving their current building in the Lenox Commons and plans to move into the Walker Street space in November of this year.  Mill Town Capital is the new owner of the building, acquiring the property on Sept. 29, 2021.
 
"We are thrilled to bring life and energy to this property and be a part of Mill Town's revitalization efforts in the area," said Christopher Silipigno, CEO and Managing Director of Renaissance Investment Group. "We have viewed the downtown Lenox area as an extension of our office for some time and jumped at the opportunity to relocate there."
 
Renaissance and Mill Town, have agreed on a 10-year lease during which Mill Town will serve as the landlord for the building and is funding property improvements.

"This building is a great location for Renaissance to build many years of successful growth and reinforces our commitment to Lenox and the Berkshires over the long term."
 
Mill Town, an impact investment firm based in Pittsfield, owns and operates numerous properties in the Berkshires. The firm focuses on making business investments and community development efforts.

Celebrity Chef Feed Our Neighbors Event

The "Feed Our Neighbors" event promises an afternoon filled with delectable delights, lively music, and a spirit of community coming together to support a noble cause.
 
Renowned Celebrity Chef Chris Bonnivier, known for his culinary prowess and philanthropic spirit, spearheads this initiative to aid the local food pantry. With a heart as big as his flavors, Chef Bonnivier has rallied an impressive lineup of local eateries to join forces in the fight against hunger.
 
Guests can expect to indulge in a diverse array of culinary creations from beloved establishments such as Zuchini's, Fully Belly, Mazzeo's, Firehouse Cafe, KJ Nosh, Common Table, 413 Bistro, Uptown Smoke, Austin Riggs, Berkshire Catering Group, Porta Via, and more! From savory to sweet, there will be something to tantalize every palate. Haddad Subaru, will be providing a donation of their own as well as being onsite to volunteer, and raise money through some fun cornhole challenges! Subaru will also be collecting food at their East St location from now until May 5. Please stop in with your canned or dry goods.
 
Adding to the festive ambiance, Pittsfield's own musical sensation, Whiskey City, will provide the perfect backdrop of toe-tapping tunes, ensuring a lively atmosphere throughout the event.
