MassDOT: Pittsfield Paving Operations on First St. and North Street Roundabout

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing it will conducting daytime paving operations in Pittsfield.

Crews will pave the First Street and North Street roundabout, located by the Berkshire Medical Center, on Thursday, Sept. 18, Friday, Sept. 19, and Monday, Sept. 22, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Appropriate traffic controls will be in place, and travelers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.

Appropriate signage and law enforcement details will be in place to guide drivers through the work area.

Drivers traveling through the area should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.

All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.
