I'm a daily burger king customer, and in the past month or so i've noticed a big drop in customer service and product quality. I won't use the drive thru anymore as of two weeks ago when in a two week period my order was wrong every time.
Now when I go inside to order I have to deal with employees who are plain rude and don't know the meaning of first in first out. Yesterday I ordered the new sour dough sandwich value meal and waited about ten minutes to get it, when I saw four or five people behind me in line and in the drive-thru get the same sandwich before me.
