NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The Drury girls soccer team Tuesday earned a 2-0 win over Lenox.

Megan McGrath and Madison Saunders each scored a goal, and Brooke Bishop made 11 saves to earn the shutout win in goal.

"The defense tonight was lights out," Drury coach Sy Uqdah said. "They had a response for whatever Lenox threw at them, they covered and pressured the ball really well couldn't be more proud of these young ladies.

"Freshman Delaney Hayden had a nice through ball that Megan McGrath was able to run on to and put it in the back of the net. Not to be outdone, Madison Saunders decided to get in on the action and score an unassisted goal by dribbling around a defender and on the end line to score a beautiful goal."

At the other end of the field, it was a milestone day for Millionaire Ella Hall.

Hall made 19 saves, including the 500th of her high school career, in the loss.

Lenox (7-4-1) is at Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
