LENOX, Mass. – Madison DiGritoli scored a pair of goals Monday to lead the Lenox girls soccer team to a 3-0 win over Lee.

DiGrigoli scored the game-winner with an assist from Reeva Patel in the 14th minute.

The Millionaires outshot Lee, 25-3, but Lee keeper Maddie Kotek kept her team in the game.

“Heroic efforts by sophomore goalie Maddie Kotek kept the game close, as she had over 20 saves and survived 17 corner kick attacks,” Lenox coach Brian Seminara said.

“We played a full 80 minutes and had some great pass combinations. We just struggled to find the net a bit. But the girls dug deep and were able to get the goals when we needed them. Hats off to Maddie, she really made some great saves.”

Jane Elliot scored one goal and assisted on another, and Ella Hall made three saves to earn the shutout in goal for Lenox.

The Millionaires (8-6-2) learns Tuesday who it will play in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C tournament.
