BENNINGTON, Vt. -- Nevaeh Williams had 10 kills Wednesday to lead the Taconic volleyball team to a three-set win at Mount Anthony.

Williams also finished with eight digs, seven assists and four aces in the win.

After a close first set, the Thunder took control of the match, Taconic coach Lance Fyfe said.

"In the second and third set we sank into a comfort zone that allowed us to play with confidence and take charge of the match with all 12 players getting in on the action," he said. "While we have a very talented team that all contributed to our victory, seniors Nevaeh Williams and Natalia Dos Santos really stood out with some big stats. ... Natalia pulled up 46 digs as she continues to rule the back court."

Jadyn Galliher had eight digs, and Ella Stodden pulled up six to go along with four kills, four aces and five assists.

Taconic (2-1) hosts Wahconah on Saturday.
