Turners Falls Baseball Edges McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – The Turners Falls baseball team Monday scored three runs in the top of the fourth and went on to a 3-2 win over McCann Tech at Joe Wolfe Field.
 
Jackson Cogswell doubled in a run in the winning rally, which erased a 1-0 Hornets lead.
 
Nick Gilman started and went four innings on the mound for McCann Tech, striking out nine and allowing just two earned runs.
 
Lukas Rylander was 2-for-4 with a double, and Zach Howland was 2-for-4 with an RBI to lead the Hornets’ offense.
 
McCann Tech (8-4) hosts Mount Everett on Tuesday.
