The aim of the Youth for the Future Award is to honor young members of the community by recognizing them for actions they are doing to help members or organizations of the community.

We encourage colleagues, friends, students, and parents to submit a nomination form on behalf of a youth who has impacted their life or others in a special way.

*The age of your nominee can be older than 18.

You may nominate more than one person (please use separate forms).
