Inspired by the Illustrators of Light exhibition, kids and families can explore how Norman Rockwell and other artists captured attention and sold ideas through illustration. These artists didn’t just tell stories; they designed advertisements to make products irresistible and showcase everyday life in captivating ways. Take a tour with one of our educators, to learn more, then see if you have what it takes to create an eye-catching advertisement just like the masters!

EASY TAI CHI
Great Barrington, 10 to 11 am
Instructor: Corey Chapman
This practice includes simple tai chi moves and Qigong methods. Slow fluid movement, self-applied massage, deep breathing exercises, and meditation releases the relaxation response in the brain. All levels and ages will benefit. No equipment required.

STORYTIME WITH STAY & PLAY

Becket, 10:30 a.m. to noon
Becket Athenaeum hosts a storytime from 10:30 to 11 followed by an hour of stay and play with toys, games, puzzles, and snacks for the kids, along with coffee, tea, snacks, and time for connection for the caregivers. Stop by for either or both.

BACH’S ST. JOHN PASSION
