Becket, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Meditation has multiple purposes and effects. By quieting the mind and relaxing through breath awareness, the heart rate slows, allowing you to let go of thoughts that arise. With practice, you can experience lessened anxiety and emotional reactivity.
This eight-session course at Becket Arts Center is led by Rosie Bleyer is designed to help you shift into "being" mode. Suggested donation is $15, member $10. More information here.

Led by Tony Richards, an instructor certified by the International Pickleball Training Professionals Association (IPTPA), clinics will focus on stroke and shot improvement, technique, and match play. Clinics will be appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Pickleball Intro to Beginners is for players new to the game or who have been playing for a short while, with a focus on fundamentals
Pickleball Skills and Drills In this class, intermediate level players will focus on serving, return of serve, learning the dink shot and the drop shot
Participants MUST bring their own paddles and balls.
