Ruth June Graziola, 96
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Ruth June Graziola, 96, of North Adams died on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015, at Springside Nursing Home in Pittsfield.
Born in North Adams on June 25, 1919, a daughter of Joseph and Evelina LeClaire Mossolani, she attended North Adams schools and graduated from Drury High School with the class of 1936.
Mrs. Graziola was employed by the former Sprague Electric Co. for many years until her retirement.
She was a communicant of the St. Anthony of Padua Church and enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Her husband, Louis Joseph Graziola, whom she married Oct. 19, 1940, died Sept. 11, 1998.
She leaves her son, John Graziola and his wife, Estelle, of Pittsfield, a daughter, Jean Bohn and her husband, Richard, of Woburn; a sister, Evelyn Gooch; two grandchildren, David Graziola and Kara Graziola, both of Pittsfield, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, Daniel Mossolani, and her sister Emma Jobin.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mrs. Graziola will take place on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.
A calling hours will be held Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Flowers maybe sent or donations may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
