NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Barbara Ann (Estes) Caron, 60, of North Adams, Mass., died on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at her home. 

She was born in Warren, Vt., a daughter to Inez (Downs) Estes and the late Melvin Estes. She attended schools in Williamstown, graduating from Mt. Greylock Regional High School. She was a devoted mother, grandmother on homemaker.

Survivors include her mother, Inez; two daughters, Jennifer Estes and Jamie Estes; a son, Jason Caron; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two brothers, Michael Estes of Colorado and Bruce Estes of Pownal, Vt.

Funeral notice: A memorial service to celebrate the life of Barbara Estes-Caron will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017, outside the Sherman Burbank Memorial Chapel in Williamstown. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Cemetery.
