ADAMS, Mass. — Burton Donald Davis passed away in Palm Springs, California, on December 19, 2017, at the age of 88.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Dorothy (Volpi) Davis.

Burt was born and raised in Adams, Mass. He and Dorothy moved from Massachusetts to California in 1955.

He is survived by his daughter Maureen, son-in-law Wayne Sameshima, granddaughters Jamie, Kipling and Carly, and great-granddaughters Bowie, Clementine and Mila.

He was a dedicated and loving husband and father and will be truly missed.
