NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Timothy James Tero, 30, of North Adams, Mass., died on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at BMC North Adams. 

He was born in North Adams on June 9, 1987, a son of Virginia O’Neil and the late Paul F. Tero. Timothy attended local schools and graduated from Drury High School. He went on to work for Unistress in Pittsfield. 

He loved the outdoors, especially spending time four wheeling, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and sitting around the campfire.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Irene O’Neil of North Adams; brothers Christopher Tero of North Adams and Ryan Tero and his wife, Krysten of North Adams; as well as a niece and nephew, Alex Zocchi and Jocelyn Tero. 

He was predeceased by his father, Paul F. Tero.

Funeral notice: A funeral service to celebrate the life of Timothy Tero will take place on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247. A calling hour will held from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals.
