ADAMS, Mass. — Mrs. Sandra E. (Crocker) Gamache, 71, of Adams died on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.

She was born in Bath on Maine on March 1, 1947, a daughter of the late Raymond and Violet (Armstrong) Crocker. She graduated from Penny High School in East Hartford, Conn.

Mrs. Gamache was primarily a homemaker but had worked as a line cook in various restaurants and in security at Bradley International Airport.

She enjoyed cooking, fishing, crocheting and playing cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Her husband, Ronald Gamache, is deceased.

She is survived by five daughters, Theresa Perrone of Manchester, Conn., Judith Schmidt and her husband Eric of Virginia, Tracy Whelan and her husband Alfred of Adams, Irene Kielb of Adams and Christina Kielb of Hartford, Conn.; her stepson, Ronald Gamache Jr.; brothers and sisters from Maine, Virginia and Florida; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a grandson, Jessie Carrier.

Funeral notice: The funeral will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
