WEST STOCKBRIDGE, Mass. — Alice C. (Ross) Burda, 66, of West Stockbridge, Mass., and formerly of Pittsfield, Mass., died Saturday June 30, 2018, at her home.

She was born in Washington, D.C., on August 29, 1951, daughter of George M. and Dorothy E. (Jones) Ross. Alice was last employed as a certified nursing assistant at Springside Nursing Home.

Alice enjoyed being out in her community and nature. She loved going for walks at the lake and at local parks. She enjoyed being around animals and visited various small businesses where she could see butterflies, farm animals and others.

Alice will forever be remembered for her young-at-heart soul, with her love for bright colors and stuffed animals.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Burda; and her friends and caregivers with BFAIR.

Funeral notice: A funeral service for Alice Burda will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli-Bencivenga Funeral Home, 5 Elm St. Pittsfield, Mass. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery.  A calling hour will be held Tuesday from noon until the funeral.
