NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Rita Joyce Dolgoff, 88, of Recess, County Galway, Ireland, passed away peacefully on Oct.27, 2020 in Melbourne, Fla.

She is survived by two sons, Kurt Alexander and Marc Alexander, and a daughter, Heidi Dolgoff, as well as six grandchildren, family and friends who mourn her passing. 

She was married to Alfred Dolgoff of North Adams, son of Benny and Esther Dolgoff, also a long-time resident of North Adams. She raised her family in North Adams before moving to Florida in 1980. 

She left an indelible mark on the world, unceasingly caring for others, and it is the better for it.
