Lucy A. Allen, 93

HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. — Mrs. Lucy A. (Restino) Allen, 93, of Hoosick Falls, NY, died Saturday afternoon, January 15, 2022, at the Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Hoosick Falls. She was born in Hoosick Falls on October 21, 1928, a daughter of the late Samuel and Albina (Illuzzi) Restino and attended schools in Hoosick Falls. Lucy was a homemaker most all her life, caring for her family. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church, Hoosick Falls, and a member of the Hoosick Falls Lodge of Elks Auxiliary. Her husband, Robert W. Allen, whom she married on September 29, 1951, died on May 1, 1966. She is survived by her three children, Patricia Allen (Richard) of Hoosick Falls, Diane Feldmeth (Michael) of Syracuse, and Robert W. Allen, Jr. (Edwin Rodriguez) of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Smith, Jonathan (Sarah) Allen and Jocelyn Feldmeth; her grandson-in-law, Tom Bezigian; her great grandchildren, Brody and Colton Smith, Weston Allen, and Delaney Rae Allen, who is expected to arrive in March, Violet, Fred and Aviva Bezigian; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Amanda Bezigian, who sadly died the same day as her grandmother; her brothers Thomas, Michael, Angelo, Joseph and John Restino, and her sisters. Marie Restino, Angie Scerbo, Nancy Benkoski and Nina Pitcheralle. Funeral services will be held at a date to be announced later. There are no calling hours.
