STAMFORD, Vt. —  Donna Marie (Unis) Tatro, 75 of Stamford, VT died on Monday April 27, 2026 at North Adams Regional Hospital.

She was born in North Adams, MA on June 29, 1950, a daughter of Fayese R. Unis and Isabelle (Biskup) Unis. She graduated from Drury High School and North Adams State College.

Donna was employed at Adams Community Bank for over 25 years until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Donna loved trips to Saratoga.

Survivors include her husband, David Joseph Tatro whom she married in 1989 and two sons, David R. Tatro of Stamford, VT and Nathan A. Tatro of Alexandria, VA. She also leaves two grandchildren, Sierra Tatro and Evan Tatro. Her brother, Joseph R. Unis died on May 20, 2012.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Donna Tatro will be celebrated Tuesday May 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Millard Cemetery in Stamford VT.
