NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  

“Some people only dream of angels, I held one in my arms.”

With hearts that will forever carry both immeasurable love and unimaginable sorrow, we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Remy Grace Colon, who was born sleeping on July 1, 2026.

Though Remy’s time in our arms was far too brief, she filled all our hearts with a lifetime of love. We were only given a short time with her but she leaves behind a love that will never fade and a place in our family that can never be filled.

Remy was lovingly welcomed by her mother Hannah Baker, her father Julian Colon, and her grandma, Toni Caruso. She was blessed to be visited by her brother, Roman Colon; her grandpa, Paul Baker, her uncle, Aron Baker; her great aunt, Maria Caruso; and bonus auntie, Elyssa Bennett. She leaves behind compassionate grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and family.

The family would like to express immense thanks to nurse, Kate H. and midwife, Sandy L., who provided unwavering support and care at the hospital. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you to the many people who have already shared their prayers, love, and support.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Homes WEST CHAPELS at 521 W. Main Street, North Adams. The prayer service led by Deacon Bruce will be at 6:00 PM.

Additionally, the family will welcome friends and family to a memorial gathering of love and support at the Elks Lodge, 100 Eagle Street, on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 5 – 9 PM. This will be a casual gathering with complimentary snacks. Additional food and drinks available for purchase.

Our beautiful Remy Grace will forever be loved, forever be missed, and forever be a part of our family.
