Franklin Rosier

Franklin Rosier, 60, of 39 Elm St. died Monday at North Adams Regional Hospital. Born in Cheshire on Oct. 27, 1941, son of the late Franklin Rosier and Mary Randall Rosier Sondrini, he spent his early years at the former Belchertown State Hospital prior to returning to the Berkshires. Known as a happy and caring individual, he enjoyed singing and all forms of music. At the time of his death, he was involved at the Adult Day Help Center despite his confinement due to ill health. He leaves his guardian, David Cunningham of Chicopee. He is also survived by his fellow housemates, the staff at BFAIR (Berkshire Family and Individual Resources Inc.). A celebration of his life will be held Friday morning at 10 a.m. at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery.
