Charis D. Rose

Charis D. Rose, 39, of 61 Daniels Ave. died yesterday at home following a long illness. Born in Pittsfield on April 6, 1963, daughter of G. Rozena Mitchell Rose and the late Charles Rose, she attended local schools. She was a member of Reigning Love Church. Besides her mother, with whom she resided, she leaves two sons, Michael Rose and Richard Johnson, both of Pittsfield; four brothers, Ronald Conyers of Bloomfield, Conn., Frederick Conyers, Michael Rose and Carl Rose, all of Pittsfield; and three sisters, Sabrina Sistrunk of Las Vegas, and Bonita Rose and Cheryl Rose, both of Pittsfield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Charis D. Rose will be Thursday at 2 at Reigning Love Church, West Street. Calling hours will be from 1 to 2 at the church. Among survivors are her sisters-in-law, Tilitha Conyers, Brenda Conyers and Michelle Rose; a brother-in-law, Willie F. Sistrunk; 19 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews. WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., is in charge of arrangements.
