Richard E. Honiker, 56
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Richard Edward "Stony" Honiker, 56, of 10 Union Court died Tuesday morning, Aug. 12, 2003, at home.
Born in Pittsfield on Jan. 21, 1947, son of Richard and Dorothy Vachon Honiker, he was a graduate of Connecticut schools.
Mr. Honiker had been employed at one time with his father, uncle and cousin in their floor refinishing business.
He had been involved with the AdLib Center for Independent Living.
He leaves two brothers, David Honiker of Clearwater, Fla., and James Honiker of Newton, Conn., and a sister, Patricia Winship of Southbury, Conn.; and his caregivers and friends, Robert E. Arendt Jr. and Peter J. Burdick, both of Pittsfield.
FUNERAL NOTICE — There will be no calling hours or public funeral service for Mr. Honiker. DERY FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
