David R. Quenneville Sr

David R. Quenneville Sr., 57, of East Main Street died Thursday at home. Born April 2, 1946, in Salisbury, Vt., son of Raymond and Loretta Gibeault Quenneville, he attended the former Sheffield High School after the family moved to Ashley Falls. He was a self-employed painter and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. Besides his parents of Ashley Falls, he leaves three sons, David Quenneville of Charleston, R.I., Duane Quenneville of Sheffield and Rene Quenneville of Southfield; his companion, Jean V. Green of Ashley Falls, and her three daughters, Brenda, Connie and Susanne Green of Ashley Falls; his brother, Michael Quenneville of Ashley Falls; his two sisters, Shirley Osuch of Charleston, R.I., and Marshall Efthimeou of Ashley Falls, and seven grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- It was David’s wish that funeral services are to be private. He hoped to leave his many fond memories and remembrances in the hearts of his family, friends and co-workers. There will be no calling hours. Survivors include Mr. Quenneville’s seven grandchildren, Chelsea, Brandy, Suede, Jessica, Natasha, Daniel and Abigail.
