David John Arigoni

David John Arigoni, 47, of 52 Tilda Hill Road died yesterday at North Adams Regional Hospital after being stricken earlier at home. Born in North Adams on April 28, 1956, son of Henry C. and Patricia L. Delisle Arigoni, he attended Gabriel Abbott School in Florida and was a 1975 graduate of Drury High School. Mr. Arigoni had been employed by Dobbert Heating and Air Conditioning of North Adams as an HVAC technician for the past 15 years. He was first associated with his father in the operation of the former Arigoni Movers. He was a communicant of St. Francis' Church in North Adams and a member of the Florida Mountaineers Snowmobile Club. He and his wife, the former Judith A. Laird, were married March 20, 1976, in St. Joachim's Church in Readsboro, Vt. Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, Jennifer R. Arigoni of Burlington, Rebecca A. Arigoni of North Adams and Carolyn L. Arigoni of Adams, and a sister, Cindy Rosenburg of the town of Florida. FUNERAL NOTICE -- A memorial service to celebrate the life of David John Arigoni, who died Oct. 19, 2003, will take place tomorrow, Oct. 21, at 10 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 1247. Burial will be private. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Florida Volunteer Fire Department in care of the funeral home. Survivors include nieces and nephews. A brother, Carl Arigoni, died in 1972.
