Paul Michael Roemelt, 47, of Paradowski Road, Glenville, N.Y., died Monday at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, N.Y. Born in Adams on Nov. 14, 1956, son of Herbert R. and Helen Roemelt of Adams, he graduated from Hoosac Valley High School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from the former North Adams State College and a master's degree from the University of New Hampshire. He moved to Glenville in 1986. At the time of his death, he was a senior engineer at Lockheed Martin/KAPL in Niskayuna, N.Y. Mr. Roemelt was a communicant of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Glenville. He and his wife, the former Denise A. Sadler, were married June 28, 1986. Besides his parents and wife, he leaves two sons, Michael Roemelt and Bryan Roemelt, at home, and a sister, Maryellen Young of Bennington, Vt. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Paul Roemelt will be Saturday at 9:15 from the GLENVILLE FUNERAL HOME, 9 Glenridge Road, East Glenville, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Route 50. Calling hours will be today, Friday, from 5 to 8 at the funeral home. Interment will take place at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Benefit Fund for the Children of Paul Roemelt at Trustco Bank, Mayfair Branch, Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY 12302. He also leaves his father- and mother-in-law, Harold and Margaret Sadler of Rotterdam.
