Beverly Anne Jenks, 71, of 17400 SE 82nd St., Roslyn Court, The Villages, Fla., died Friday at Leesburg (Fla.) Regional Hospital. A longtime resident of 472 North St., Windsor, she had resided in Florida since 2001. Born in Pittsfield on July 19, 1932, daughter of Clifford J. Jenks Sr. and Viola White Jenks, she was a graduate of the former Dalton High School and the GE drafting course. Miss Jenks was employed by GE as a draftswoman for 38 years, retiring in 1988. She worked in the transformer and ordnance departments. She leaves two brothers, Clifford J. Jenks Jr. of Sarasota, Fla., and David B. Jenks of Apollo Beach, Fla. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Following cremation, graveside services for Beverly Anne Jenks, 71, who died May 7, 2004, will be held at Shaw Cemetery in Windsor at a later date and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department in care of DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME, 890 East Main St., Dalton, MA 01226, which is handling arrangements. Miss Jenks is also lovingly survived by several nieces and nephews.
