Paul M. Moser

Paul M. Moser, 71, of 24 Aztec Drive died Saturday at home. Born in North Adams on March 16, 1933, son of Peter and Emma Frances Worth Moser, he attended schools there, including Drury High School. A master union plumber, Mr. Moser had worked throughout the East Coast. He also was employed by the former Ashley Wood Plumbing & Heating Co. and by Ashley Swift & Sons Co., both in North Adams, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Dr. George L. Curran Post 996 Veterans of Foreign Wars and North Adams Lodge 487 Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks. He was a 35-year member of Local 104 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union in Pittsfield. He leaves a son, Paul A. Moser of Lima, Ohio; two brothers, Stephen Moser of Pittsfield and Louis Moser of Clarksburg; a sister, Gale Bailey of Clarksburg, and two grandsons. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Graveside services for Paul M. Moser will be conducted Wednesday at 9 at the family plot in Southview Cemetery, North Adams, by the Rev. Jill Graham, pastor of First Congregational Church of North Adams. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations are suggested for the charity of the donor's choice through FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME for FUNERALS, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St. North Adams. Survivors include two grandsons, Paul Moser and Ashley Scott Moser of McMinnville, Tenn.; an aunt, Lena Albareda, and an uncle, Al Moser. He was predeceased by a brother, Peter Francis Moser.
