Clara F. Lavoie

Clara F. Lavoie, 87, of 34 North Holden St. died Wednesday at North Adams Commons. Born in Boundbrook, N.J., on Dec. 14, 1916, daughter of Nicola and Rose George Gannone, she attended schools there. Mrs. Lavoie was employed for many years by the former Greylock Mills in North Adams. She was a communicant of St. Francis' Church. She and her husband, Leonard Eugene Lavoie, were married May 10, 1947. He died May 26, 1974. She leaves a sister, Julie Bertucci of Middlesex, N.J. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Clara F. Lavoie will be Monday, July 12, 2004, at 10:30 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Funeral Mass at 11 at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. Survivors include a niece, Roseanne Lattanzi, and a nephew, Bruce Bertucci Jr. Two brothers, Lawrence Gannone and Dominick Gannone, are deceased.
