Annmarie O'Connor, 40, of Linden Street, died suddenly Tuesday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Springfield on Feb. 21, 1964, the daughter of Herbert and Patricia O'Brien O'Connor, Ms. O'Connor was a 1982 graduate of Longmeadow High School. Ms. O'Connor was employed as a clerk at Price Chopper in Pittsfield at the time of her death and was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Besides her father of Longmeadow and mother of Palm Bay, Fla., she leaves a son, Stuart Gowdy of Moberly, Mo.; three brothers, Stephen M. O'Connor of Luray, Va., Matthew J. O'Connor of Princeton and Michael F. O'Connor of Raleigh, N.C., and a sister, Christine M. O'Connor of Pelham. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Annmarie O'Connor will be Monday at 9 from the AGAWAM FUNERAL HOME, 184 Main St., with a Mass at 10 in St. Mary's Church in Longmeadow. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Springfield. Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 at the funeral home. Donations in her memory may be made to My Sister's House, 89 Belmont Ave., Springfield 01108, Brightside for Families, Fund Development Office, 2112 Riverdale St., West Springfield 01089 or to Keenan House, 202 Bradford St., Pittsfield 01201. She also leaves several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
