Steven Lamontagne

Steven Lamontagne, 53, of 771 Tyler St. died Tuesday afternoon at Berkshire Medical Center after suffering a heart attack earlier in the day. Born in Pittsfield on Oct. 22, 1951, son of Peter and Marie Clark Lamontagne, he was a 1969 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School. At the time of his death, Mr. Lamontagne was a press operator with High-Tech Mold and Tool Inc., where he had worked for three years. Before returning to the Berkshires, he worked as a press operator in Los Angeles. He was a coin and stamp collector. He leaves twin daughters, Jennifer Morgan of Dalton and Jessica Morgan of Pittsfield; a brother, Jerome Lamontagne of Westhampton, N.Y., and three grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Calling hours for Steven Lamontagne, who died Tuesday, March 1, will be Friday, March 4, from 11 to 1 at DERY FUNERAL HOME. Cremation will follow.
