Louise Klammer

Louise Klammer, 91, formerly of 3 Myrtle St., died Friday afternoon at Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown. Born in Adams on April 8, 1914, daughter of Herman and Selma Frommer Klammer, she graduated in 1932 from the former Adams High School and in 1935 from the former Bliss Business School in North Adams. Miss Klammer was employed in the cost department of the former Arnold Print Works, retiring in 1979. She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist in Pittsfield and a 60-year life member and past worthy matron of Chapter 92 of the Order of Eastern Star. She leaves a niece, Carolyn Morgan of Vernon, N.Y. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Louise Klammer will be today, June 5, 2005, at 2 from TROTTIER-PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME, 6 Summer St., with first reader Elaine Swaffar of First Church of Christ Scientist in Pittsfield officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at a date to be announced. Calling hours will be today from 1 until the time of the service. Memorial donations may be made to Chapter 92 of the Order of Eastern Star. She leaves a niece, Carolyn Morgan of Vernon, N.Y.; a cousin, Martha J. Stohlmann of Adams, and three great-nephews, James Morgan of Vernon, and Scott Muggle and Jason Muggle, both of Canastota, N.Y. A sister, Inez Muggle, is deceased.
