Kenneth Charles Thomas

Kenneth Charles Thomas, 64, of 4 Columbia St. died Monday at North Adams Regional Hospital shortly after being admitted. Born in Adams on Feb. 7, 1942, son of Joseph and Dora Louison Thomas, he attended Adams schools. Mr. Thomas was employed for several years at Dean's Repair Shop. Prior to that, he worked for many years at the former Arnold Print Works. He was a member of the Mountain Club in Adams, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He leaves his longtime companion, Darlene Degnan of Adams, with whom he made his home, and a brother, Clifford Thomas of Phoenix. FUNERAL NOTICE -- A funeral service for Kenneth C. Thomas, who died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, will be held on Thursday, Sept. 14, at 10 a.m. in AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. The Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor of the Catholic Parishes of Adams, will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. There are no calling hours.
