Carmella A. DiSimoni, 82, of 5 Pine St., formerly of 7 Fuller St., Lee, died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in Lee on May 25, 1924, daughter of Vincent and Rosaria Puleri DiSimoni, she was a graduate of Lee High School. Miss DiSimoni was employed by East Lee Steak House in Lee for many years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Lee. She leaves a sister, Mary T. DiSimoni of Stockbridge. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Carmella DiSimoni, who died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006, will be conducted Thursday at 9:15 from KELLYFUNERALHOME in Lee, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Mary's Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be tomorrow from 4 to 7. She also leaves her beloved nephew, James DiSimoni, and nieces, Susan Brighenti and Rosemary DiSimoni-Stone; her great-nieces and -nephews, Gena, Nicole, Marissa, Becky, Jason and Michael. She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony "Tony" and James DiSimoni.
