Stephen C. Wojnicki, 63, of 117 East Hoosac St. died Sunday at home. Born in North Adams on May 3, 1943, son of Stephen and Theresa Scott Wojnicki, he attended local schools. Mr. Wojnicki was employed by KM Motors for many years, retiring as service manager in 1994. He enjoyed riding and racing snowmobiles. He and his wife, the former Gloria J. LaBonte, were married Jan. 14, 1989. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Stephen Wojnicki of Stamford, Vt.; a daughter, Brenda Wojnicki of Connecticut; two stepsons, Scott Trumble and Keith Trumble, both of Adams; two stepdaughters, Korrie Garrett of North Adams and Allison Piscatano of Enfield, Conn.; and nine grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- A private funeral for Stephen C. Wojnicki, who died Sunday, April 22, 2007, will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
