I remember overnighting at places like Cuttyhunk and the Thimble Islands with STARLET in the raft-up. I fondly remember STARLET's skipper easily sharing his smile, laughter, and spirit while being so much a part of our sailing club, SUS. I'll always remember Bill and feel this loss.
