NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Shane Fuller scored four goals, and the McCann Tech boys soccer team played stifling defense in a 7-0 win over Pathfinder on Tuesday.

"We controlled the ball offensively and moved the ball well," McCann coach Tom Bona said. "Pathfinder worked hard, but we kept them chasing the ball.

"Defensively we were tough, keeping Pathfinder outside the 18-yard box, just allowing them long shots, which our keepers easily handled."

Evan Lemire and Chris Gajda combined to make nine saves in the shutout behind strong defensive efforts by Dillon Carr and Conner Little.

Gajda also scored the last goal of the game with about seven minutes left off a through ball from Josh Budaj.

Budaj also scored a goal, as did Damon Couture, who added four assists.

McCann (11-0-2) puts its unbeaten record on the line on Thursday at home against Commerce.
