Pittsfield Boys Fall at Medford

MEFORD, Mass. -- Josh Crespo scored four goals Saturday to lead the Medford boys soccer team to a 4-1 win over Pittsfield.
 
Evan Dempsey’s unassisted goal in the 14th minute tied the game, 1-1, but Crespo scored the game-winner 10 minutes later and tacked on insurance goals in the 28th and 66th minutes.
 
Jon Bile made six saves for Pittsfield, which was outshot 10-5.
 
The Generals (7-2-6) go to Longmeadow on Monday.
