Lenox Edges Lee in Defensive Battle

LEE, Mass. – Jane Elliot scored in the first half for the Lenox girls soccer team, which went on to a 1-0 win over Lee on Tuesday.

 

Cate Welch set up Elliot for the game’s only goal, and Jocelyn Coco made five saves to make the lead stand up.

 

Lee’s Maddy Kotek stopped 20 shots in the loss.

 

The Wildcats (5-2) go to Commerce on Thursday.

 

Lenox (3-5-1) is at Pittsfield on Monday.
