Mounties Advance to Tournament Final

BENNINGTON, Vt. – Tanley Drake recorded a hat trick Wednesday to lead the Mount Greylock girls soccer team to a 5-1 win over Mount Anthony in the first round of the Patriot Tournament.

 

Adele Low scored twice and assisted on a goal.

 

Islay Campbell, GG Nicastro and Maria Welch each recorded an assist for the Mounties, who led, 4-0, at half-time.

 

Mount Greylock (2-0) faces Burr and Burton of Manchester, Vt., in Saturday’s tournament final.
